T. Gargour & Fils invited well-performing insurance companies to participate in the Mercedes-Benz Insurer Conference that took place from 6 to 8 December, 2016, in Stuttgart, Germany.
The contest program was announced last year during the first Accident Management Conference in Beirut, engaging car insurance companies that collaborated with T. Gargour & Fils during 2016. As acknowledged, representatives from the insurance companies visited Germany and participated in the Mercedes-Benz Insurer Conference 2016.

During the Conference, the participants received interesting insights into Mercedes-Benz active and passive safety systems as well as information regarding accident repair according to Mercedes-Benz guidelines and directives. Additionally, the insurer representatives enjoyed a visit to the Mercedes-Benz Museum during their stay in Stuttgart. On nine levels and covering a floor space of 16,500 square meters, the museum presents 160 vehicles and documents in a single continuous timeline, the 130 years of auto industry history from its very beginnings to the present day. They experienced a unique journey through time. The Museum tour was followed by an exclusive guided tour of the Mercedes-Benz car assembly in Sindelfingen, considered Mercedes Benz’s largest plant in the world.
The tour began at the press and stamping shop, where the parts first take shape, to where the robots perform their ballet in the body shop all the way to the fusion of the body frame with the chassis in the assembly shop. Moreover, the participants had the chance to visit a Mercedes-Benz body & paint repair facility in Stuttgart Untertuerkheim. The Conference ended with an exclusive guided tour through the beautiful city of Esslingen.
